I reinstalled the app or got a new phone

Open Settings → Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy. Then open each tour and tap Download.

"Used to download the tour too many times"

Each purchase can be downloaded a limited number of times. Email us your order number (from your App Store or Google Play receipt) and we'll reset it.

The tour doesn't open stops when I arrive

Allow location access for Vialo ("While Using the App") in your phone's settings, and keep the app open while you walk. You can always open a stop by tapping it in the list.

Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory).
