Vialo ("the app") is published by Atlanta SRL ("we"). This policy explains what information the app uses and why. The app has no user accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
With your permission, the app uses your device's location while you are using it, to show where you are on a tour map, to open a tour stop when you arrive, and to tell you about tours when you open the app in a new city. These notifications are created on your device; they are not push messages and you can turn them off in the app's Settings. Your location is processed only on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else.
Payments are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play); we never see your payment details. When you download a tour you bought, the app sends the store's proof of purchase to our server. The server checks it with Apple or Google and gives the app temporary access to the tour's files.
To prevent misuse, we keep a record of the purchase's transaction or order ID, the tour version and how many times it was downloaded. This record contains no name, email address or other personal details. It is kept for as long as the app is offered, so that your purchase can be restored on a new device.
Tours, images and audio are downloaded from our content delivery network (Amazon Web Services). Like any website, it receives your device's IP address to deliver the files. We do not log or store it.
Downloaded tours, your progress through them and app settings are stored only on your device and are removed when you delete the app.
We do not sell or share information with anyone else.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
To ask about or request deletion of a purchase record, contact us at contact@atlantasoft.net with your order or transaction ID. Deleting the record may prevent re-downloading that tour.
We will update this page if our practices change.
